Returns are accepted even if the item has been opened
The item must not show signs of heavy use or man-made damage
Returns are accepted provided the item remains in a condition suitable for resale
Returns are accepted if you are dissatisfied after trying the item on (provided the item remains substantially intact)

III. Return Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item
Requests made after this period may not be accepted (except in special circumstances)

IV. Return Process

Provide the order number and photos of the item
Ship the item back according to instructions
Refunds are processed after the warehouse receives and inspects the item

V. Return Shipping Costs

Quality issues / Incorrect shipment: Kluralo INC covers the shipping costs
Returns due to personal reasons: The customer covers the return shipping costs

VI. Refund Information

Refunds are processed after the returned item is verified
Refunds will be issued to the original payment account
Processing is typically completed within 3–5 business days
